Seachem StressGuard is a scientifically formulated water conditioner designed to reduce stress and promote healing in aquarium fish. It works by forming a protective slime coat and binding to exposed proteins in wounds, acting like a liquid bandage to prevent infection and accelerate recovery.

Unlike other slime coat products, StressGuard is non-acidic (pH 7.0), non-amine based and will not interfere with filtration media like Purigen® or HyperSorb™. It is safe for use in both freshwater and marine aquariums, including reef and planted systems.
